The content of our web pages has been produced with the highest level of care. We cannot however assume any responsibility for the correctness, completeness and current validity of such content.

Liability for links

Our site includes links to external websites of third parties whose content is beyond our control. We cannot therefore assume responsibility for such third-party content. The responsibility for the content of linked pages shall in all cases lie with the relevant provider or operator of the pages. On creation of the links the linked pages were examined for possible infringement. No unlawful content was discernible at the time of linking. Ongoing control of the content of linked pages cannot however be reasonably expected without any specific indication of infringement. Such links will be immediately deleted as soon as any infringement becomes known.

Privacy

In this regard we refer to our data privacy statement and our Public Procedure Directory (§ 4 e BDSG). The contact details published within the scope of our “privacy & cookies” obligations may not be used by third parties to send out unsolicited advertising and information material.
As the operator of the pages we explicitly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising being sent, for example in the form of spam mail.
