Langmatz is not just an attractive employer in the Garmisch-Partenkirchen region since more than 50 years, the company also offers numerous apprenticeships for their own specialist development.

Langmatz is an IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) vocational training company!

In 2013, our company received the IHK Seal of Quality as vocational company for the first time. “Those, who train, should visualize this exemplary commitment,” stated the communication of IHK for Munich and Upper Bavaria.

In 2018, the Chamber of Commerce (IHK) for Munich and Upper Bavaria awarded the plastic- and metal-processing company the distinction of “IHK-Ausbildungsbetrieb 2018 – Hier wurde ein Einser-Azubi ausgebildet” (IHK Vocational Training Company 2018 – A first-class candidate was trained here). This award has been presented by the IHK since last year and is only given to companies recognised for their dedication to vocational training.

In 2019, Langmatz has received the IHK Top Education Partner award from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK)

Langmatz supports a broad vocational programme!

Nine apprenticeships are offered in technical and commercial fields – always with the goal in mind of hiring the apprentices later on. Applicants can look forward to great career opportunities and continuous further qualification.

Integrated degree programme | The best of both worlds

With our integrated degree programme including an in-depth practical training you can ideally combine theory and practice. In the times between semesters and in special practice semesters, you are attending an intensive trainee programme in the company, where you are trained as industrial mechanic at first. Next, you are involved in development projects. You also get to know our operational process in detail.
The goal is to achieve a Bachelor of Engineering within 3.5 years, followed by dual Masters studies of 1.5 or 1.5 years.

We offer year-round internships for different interest groups, such as students from schools and universities, retrainees, etc.

Gain insight and experiences in many areas, such as sales, marketing, human resources, production, shipping, quality management, logistics, and material management.

Beyond that we also offer a trial apprenticeship in the commercial-technical field for your first experience.
