Vario Module
Greater versatility with larger pipe dimensions
If larger pipe diameters are needed when routing cables, the steel and polycarbonate Vario Module offers a fast and flexible solution. It replaces a complete frame element and provides for pipe openings of up to OD ⌀ 200 mm – without the need for additional construction work on the manhole.
The Vario Module comes in five sizes and fits frame elements from 550 mm to 1600 mm. The sturdy PC covers can simply be removed to enable even very large pipes to be safely inserted. A matching sealing plate set is available for pipe diameters of up to 200 mm.

Vario Modules have a height of 220 mm and come in five widths with the following predetermined breaking points:
- CD 550 mm – 2 x Ø 160 mm
- CD 800 mm – 3 x Ø 160 mm
- CD 1165 mm – 4 x Ø 160 mm
- CD 1400 mm – 5 x Ø 160 mm
- CD 1600 mm – 6 x Ø 160 mm
Polycarbonate plates with predetermined breaking points can be removed from the steel frame and replaced by a sealing plate set for pipes with an OD ⌀ of 200 mm.
