Langmatz offers innovative and high-quality infrastructure components to guarantee reliable network performance to drive forward FTTH and FTTB network expansion. We offer our customers customised solutions that meet the most exacting standards with our range of fibre distribution cabinets, distribution and termination boxes, building cable & pipe entry systems, and polycarbonate manholes.
Fibre distribution cabinets
Our above-ground passive fibre distribution cabinets are made of high-quality, weather-resistant, and recyclable polycarbonate. They are designed for GPON and PtP fiber optic access networks and reliably protect all network components.
Thanks to their robust construction, they are ideal for outdoor use and ensure reliable operation even under demanding conditions.
The system has a modular design: variants differ only in size and connection capacity, ensuring consistent installation and handling. The well-designed internal structure with integrated fiber optic cassettes and microduct management significantly simplifies installation.
Standardized processes reduce training requirements, ensure consistent quality, and enable better time and cost planning.
Expansions are also carried out according to the same principle – without the need for new installation concepts. This ensures efficient and economical scaling throughout all project phases.
Langmatz Fibre Management System (L-FMS)
Generation 3.0 of Langmatz fibre distribution cabinets incorporates the Langmatz fibre management system, and thus includes trailblazing innovations. Developed in close collaboration with industry experts, our solution provides for intuitive handling, optimum cable routing, organisation, diversion and management of micro-duct pipes, cables and fibres. All individual components of the Langmatz fibre management system can also be installed without the need for tools. Our aim was to optimise installation and retrofit time, making the end product considerably simpler to set up.

The Langmatz optical fibre transfer system reduces the installation and maintenance work for network operators and end customers to a minimum. The number of installation steps is drastically reduced, thanks to the intelligent combination of manhole, building cable & pipe entry system, and pre-assembled distribution and termination boxes. The Langmatz EK437 optical fibre transfer manhole is the ideal solution for a reliable and future-proof optical fibre infrastructure. Incorporating a pre-assembled splice insert, the manhole provides for fast and efficient installation. Thanks to its integral diving-bell cabinet, the EK437 is perfectly protected from groundwater, so that its equipment also remains safe and secure even under difficult conditions.

The VarioPipe from Langmatz is the ideal solution for fiber optic house entries. It stands out with its high installation flexibility, gas- and pressure-water-tight sealing up to 1 bar, and quick and easy assembly.
With its compliance with DIN 18533 standards and versatility for various cable diameters, the VarioPipe sets new benchmarks in reliability, quality, and durability.

The fiber optic termination points from Langmatz stand out for their high flexibility, easy installation, and durability. Their robust enclosures reliably protect fiber optic cables and ensure stable signal transmission through well-designed fiber management.

The plastic cable chambers from Langmatz provide a future-proof solution for protecting sensitive fiber optic technology, serving as the perfect foundation for interference-free signal transmission and stable network performance. The lightweight yet sturdy 3D-ribFrame technology ensures the entire structure withstands loads up to D400 while enabling fast and cost-efficient installation.
To meet diverse requirements, our portfolio includes modular base kits that allow for various chamber heights and cable connection placements. Additionally, a range of chamber covers is available.

QaBo with integrated socket EK265
Space-saving solution for fiber optic networks
Our proven QaBo EK508 cable duct is now also available in a specially designed version that includes an integrated base for the KVz22 outdoor enclosure. This design enhancement results in a compact and system-integrated solution where the duct and base are functionally combined.
The integrated base allows for optimal space utilization, especially in locations with limited space. At the same time, excavation work is significantly reduced, as the splice duct and base for the outdoor enclosure are combined into a single unit.
The solution offers an economical design, a clearly defined interface between the excavation and enclosure technology, and easy on-site installation. The robust construction ensures the familiar stability and operational reliability of the QaBo system.

The robustness of the optical fibre underground distribution system and its excellent resistance to extreme environmental influences such as moisture, flooding, dust, vibrations and strong temperature fluctuations make it an extremely reliable solution. Its easy installation and maintenance-friendly folding mechanism offer clear advantages compared to conventional fibre enclosure and splice distributor combinations. In addition, the high flexibility and scalability of the EK881 optical fibre underground distribution system enable various expansion scenarios, making
it ideal for the uncomplicated extension and adaptation of optical fibre networks.
The design advantages ensure quick and easy access and create more space for additional splice fibre trays.
